01. Director Finance (HM 1-1) – 01 Vacancy
Qualifications & Experience:
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (CIMA), or Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants UK (ACCA).
OR - A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Commerce / Economics / Management AND a Master’s Degree in Management, with a minimum of 15 years’ experience at managerial level in a Government Department, Corporation, Board, or reputed private sector institution.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Scale: HM 1-1 – (Rs. 140,640 – 4,100 x 15 – 202,140/-) + Government Approved Allowances (Effective from 01.01.2027).
- Salary Step: Rs. 123,019/- as at 2026.01.01 as per MSD Circular 01/2025.
- Other Allowances: Official transport facilities (under PED Circular No. 01/2015), Professional Allowance, and Telephone Allowance.
- Age Limit: Between 35 and 50 years (upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates).
02. Assistant Director (Monitoring) (MM 1-1) – 01 Vacancy
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or Statistics from a recognized university with at least 03 years of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field in a Government Department, Corporation, Board, or reputed private sector institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing a 1st or 2nd class degree.
- Ability to work fluently in English is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Scale: MM 1-1 – (Rs. 91,690 – 2,480 x 10 – 3,450 x 15 – 168,240/-) + Government Approved Allowances (Effective from 01.01.2027).
- Other Allowances: Professional Allowance and Telephone Allowance.
- Age Limit: Between 22 and 45 years (upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates).
