2. Provincial Residency Requirement (Strict):

• Must have been a permanent resident of the Sabaragamuwa Province (Ratnapura or Kegalle Districts) for at least three (03) continuous years within the five (05) years immediately preceding the closing date of applications (09.10.2026), OR
• The husband or wife of the applicant must have been a continuous permanent resident of the Sabaragamuwa Province for at least three (03) years.

3. Age Criteria:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or above and not more than 30 years of age as of October 09, 2026 (born on or before 09.10.2008 and on or after 09.10.1996).
