ශ්රී ලංකා විදේශ සේවයේ (SLFS) III වන ශ්රේණියේ පවතින පුරප්පාඩු 25ක් පිරවීම සඳහා සුදුසුකම්ලත් උපාධිධාරීන්ගෙන් විවෘත තරග විභාගය සඳහා රාජ්ය සේවා කොමිෂන් සභාව මඟින් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. අයදුම්පත් 2026 සැප්තැම්බර් 07 පෙ.ව. 9.00 සිට ඔක්තෝබර් 06 ප.ව. 9.00 දක්වා විභාග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ doenets.lk වෙබ් අඩවිය ඔස්සේ මාර්ගගතව (Online) ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය. විභාගය 2026 නොවැම්බර් මස කොළඹදී පැවැත්වේ.
இலங்கை வெளிநாட்டு சேவையின் (SLFS) தரம் III இல் காணப்படும் 25 வெற்றிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்காக தகைமையுடைய பட்டதாரிகளிடமிருந்து திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சைக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. பரீட்சைகள் திணைக்களத்தின் உத்தியோகபூர்வ இணையத்தளமான doenets.lk ஊடாக 2026 செப்டம்பர் 07 முதல் ஒக்டோபர் 06 இரவு 9.00 மணி வரை விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். எழுத்து மூலப் பரீட்சை 2026 நவம்பர் மாதம் கொழும்பில் நடைபெறும்.
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria as of the application deadline on October 06, 2026:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree obtained from a foreign or state university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), OR
- A degree awarded by a higher education institution established by an Act of Parliament of Sri Lanka, OR
- A degree recognized under Section 25A of the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978.
2. Age Limitations (as at 06.10.2026):
- General / Open Applicants: Must have completed 22 years and must not have attained 28 years of age (birthdays must strictly fall between 06.10.1998 and 06.10.2004, inclusive).
- Confirmed Public Service Officers: Must not have attained 35 years of age (born on or after 06.10.1991). Must hold a confirmed permanent appointment in the Public Service or Provincial Public Service and have maintained an unblemished service record with all salary increments earned over the preceding 5 years.
3. Nationality, Character & Special Conditions:
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka. Individuals with dual citizenship must agree to renounce their foreign nationality upon selection and cannot acquire foreign citizenship during tenure.
- Must be of excellent moral character. Shortlisted candidates must submit an authentic Police Clearance Report directly to the interview panel.
- Religious Orders Restriction: Persons ordained in any religious order or priesthood are legally ineligible to apply or sit for this examination.
- Attempt Cap: Candidates are strictly prohibited from sitting for the SLFS recruitment examination on more than three (03) occasions.
The competitive written examination consists of seven (07) distinct papers. Candidates may answer in Sinhala, Tamil, or English, but all papers must be completed in the single chosen medium.

Candidates scoring at least the minimum pass mark in each individual paper and an aggregate cut-off of not less than 300 marks will be shortlisted for the interview. The interview quota will not exceed five times the total vacancies (maximum 125 candidates):

- The application form must be filled out in the English language only.
- Pay the non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 1,200/- using any Bank Credit/Debit card, Bank of Ceylon Online Banking / Flex App, or at any BOC branch teller.
- Complete the online submission before 9:00 PM on October 06, 2026.
- Candidates in Public Service: Download and print the submitted online application. Submit a copy to your Head of Institution for your personal file, and produce an attested copy with your service confirmation letter at the interview.
