• Disciplinary Record: Must have earned all salary increments due over the preceding 5 years and must not have received any disciplinary punishment (other than a severe warning) as certified by the Head of Department.
• Educational Qualifications: Must have passed six (06) subjects with at least two (02) credit passes in not more than two sittings at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination, including:
