- Lecturer (Probationary): B.Sc./B.A./MBBS Honours or Special Degree with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) from a recognized university.
- Senior Lecturer Gr. I / Gr. II: Master's Degree with minimum 24-month research component or a recognized Doctoral Degree (Ph.D./MD) in the relevant field, paired with verified university-level teaching, peer-reviewed indexed publications, and institutional service.
