කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ නීති පීඨයේ වාණිජ නීති අධ්යයන අංශය මඟින් පවත්වනු ලබන දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ නීතිය පිළිබඳ උසස් සහතිකපත්ර පාඨමාලාව - 2026 (SLQF Level 02) සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්ය පෙළ විභාගයේදී ඉංග්රීසි විෂය ඇතුළුව එකවර සම්මාන (Credit) සමාර්ථ 06ක් ලබා ඇති ඕනෑම අයෙකුට අයදුම් කළ හැකි අතර පෙර නීති දැනුමක් අවශ්ය නොවේ. දේශන මාර්ගගතව (Online) පැවැත්වෙන අතර අයදුම්පත් 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 03 දිනට පෙර යොමු කළ යුතුය.
கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் சட்ட பீடத்தின் வர்த்தக சட்டத் துறையினால் நடாத்தப்படும் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் தொடர்பான உயர் சான்றிதழ் கற்கைநெறி - 2026 (SLQF Level 02) இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையில் ஆங்கிலப் பாடம் உட்பட ஒரே அமர்வில் 06 திறமைச் சித்திகளைப் (Credit) பெற்றவர்கள் இதற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க முடியும். இதற்கு முன்னைய சட்ட அறிவு தேவையில்லை. விரிவுரைகள் இணையவழியில் (Online) சனிக்கிழமைகளில் இடம்பெறும். விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத் திகதி: 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 03.
The Advanced Certificate in Data Protection Law (ACDPL) is designed for professionals, corporate executives, compliance officers, and students interested in privacy regulations and legal frameworks:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed with a minimum of six (06) Credit passes in one and the same sitting of the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) examination.
- Mandatory English Competency: The six credit passes must include a Credit pass (C) in English Language at the G.C.E. O/L Examination.
- Prior Legal Background: Prior academic or professional knowledge of law is NOT required. The curriculum introduces regulatory principles from foundational concepts.
- Lecture Delivery: Conducted primarily via online platforms. If the Department of Commercial Law schedules onsite sessions, participants must attend at the Faculty of Law premises, University of Colombo.
A non-refundable application processing fee of LKR 1,500/- must be paid at any branch of People's Bank islandwide before submission:

- Download the official application form from the Faculty of Law website: www.law.cmb.ac.lk.
- Pay the LKR 1,500/- application fee at any People's Bank branch and obtain the duplicate customer payment slip.
- Complete all sections of the application form accurately in English.
- Assemble the application packet containing:
- Duly filled application form
- Original customer deposit slip / payment receipt (LKR 1,500/-)
- Clear copy of your National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport
- Certified copies of G.C.E. O/L educational certificates
- Submit your completed application packet using either postal mail or email on or before October 03, 2026:
