ශ්රී ලංකා අග්නිදිග විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ (SEUSL) කලා හා සංස්කෘතික පීඨයේ ඉංග්රීසි භාෂා ඉගැන්වීම් අංශය (DELT) මඟින් පවත්වනු ලබන ඉංග්රීසි ඩිප්ලෝමා (Diploma in English 2027/2028 - SLQF Level 3) පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. උසස් අධ්යාපනය හෝ බාහිර උපාධි (BA External in English/TESL) සඳහා මඟපාදන මෙම එක් අවුරුදු සතිඅන්ත පාඨමාලාව සඳහා අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ හෝ සාමාන්ය පෙළ සමඟ සේවා පළපුරුද්ද සහිත අයට අයදුම් කළ හැක. අයදුම්පත් ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 09 දිනට පෙර යොමු කළ යුතුය.
இலங்கை தென்கிழக்குப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் (SEUSL) கலை கலாசார பீடத்தின் ஆங்கில மொழி கற்பித்தல் பிரிவினால் நடாத்தப்படும் ஆங்கில டிப்ளோமா (Diploma in English 2027/2028 - SLQF Level 3) கற்கைநெறிக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. வெளிவாரி பட்டப்படிப்புக்கு (BA External Degree with TESL) வழிவகுக்கும் இந்த 1 வருட வார இறுதி கற்கைநெறிக்கு க.பொ.த. உயர்தர சித்தியடைந்தவர்கள் அல்லது சாதாரண தரத்துடன் 4 வருட வேலை அனுபவம் கொண்டவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்கள் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 09 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவஞ்சலில் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்.
Eligible applicants include school leavers, candidates awaiting state university placement, public/private sector employees, and individuals aiming to enter a BA External Degree programme in English (TESL). Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following criteria:
- Passed in three (03) subjects in any stream at the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination in one sitting. (Students who sat for the 2026 G.C.E. A/L examination may also apply; pending results must be submitted immediately upon release), OR
- Completed a recognized Foundation Course equivalent to SLQF Level 2 (e.g., Advanced Certificate in English) following a minimum of 12 years of formal schooling, OR
- Possess an NVQ Level 4 or higher qualification accredited by TVEC, OR
- Possess an equivalent qualification approved by the Faculty Board and the Senate of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, OR
- Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination with a "B" Pass in English Language, combined with at least four (04) years of documented work experience in a government or recognized private institution (e.g., teaching, clerical, or administrative cadres).
Candidates qualifying under A/L, Foundation, or NVQ streams must have at least a "C" pass in English Language at the G.C.E. O/L Examination, OR at least a "C" pass in General English at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
Passing the competitive written selection test conducted by SEUSL is compulsory for all shortlisted applicants prior to final enrollment.

A non-refundable application and selection test fee of Rs. 1,000/- must be deposited at any branch of People's Bank prior to submitting your application:

- Download the official application form and Paying-in Voucher (PIV) from the faculty portal at www.seu.ac.lk/fac/, or obtain them in person from the Department of English Language Teaching (DELT) at the Oluvil Campus.
- Pay the non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- at any People's Bank branch using the official PIV slip.
- Accurately complete the application form in the English language.
- Attach certified copies of your Educational Certificates (G.C.E. O/L, G.C.E. A/L, or NVQ), National Identity Card (NIC), and relevant service experience letters (if applicable).
- Attach the duplicate customer copy of the bank payment slip (PIV) to the application form.
- Clearly mark "Diploma in English (2027/2028)" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
- Send the completed dossier via Registered Post to reach the university on or before October 09, 2026.
