💰 Remuneration, Benefits & Working Conditions
- Salary Standards: Employees will be placed on salary scales aligned with Management Services Circulars and relevant government revisions, in addition to applicable cost of living and approved allowances.
- Superannuation & Welfare: Eligible for Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) contributions (8% by the employee, 12% by the Corporation) and 3% employer contribution to the Employees' Trust Fund (ETF).
- General Requirements: Every candidate must be a citizen of Sri Lanka, demonstrate good moral character, and maintain the requisite mental and physical fitness to serve in any part of the island.
