කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ පශ්චාද් උපාධි අධ්යයන පීඨය (FGS) මඟින් පවත්වනු ලබන දර්ශනපති (MPhil) සහ ආචාර්ය උපාධි (PhD) පාඨමාලාවල 2027 බඳවා ගැනීම සඳහා සුදුසුකම්ලත් විද්වතුන් සහ වෘත්තිකයින්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. සති අන්තයේ ඉංග්රීසි මාධ්යයෙන් පවත්වනු ලබන මෙම පර්යේෂණ උපාධි වැඩසටහන සඳහා sims.cmb.ac.lk/fgs/registration ඔස්සේ මාර්ගගතව ලියාපදිංචි වී, සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද මුද්රිත අයදුම්පත සහ ලේඛන 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 15 දිනට පෙර ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් යොමු කළ යුතුය.
கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பட்டப்பின்படிப்புக்கள் பீடத்தினால் (FGS) நடாத்தப்படும் முது தத்துவமாணி (MPhil) மற்றும் கலாநிதி (PhD) கற்கைநெறிகளுக்கான 2027 ஆம் ஆண்டு அனுமதிக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. வார இறுதி நாட்களில் ஆங்கில மொழியில் நடாத்தப்படும் இவ்வாய்வு கற்கைநெறிக்கு sims.cmb.ac.lk/fgs/registration ஊடாக இணையவழியில் விண்ணப்பித்து அச்சிடப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை உரிய ஆவணங்களுடன் 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 15 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் பதிவுத் தபாலில் அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும்.
Tailored for professionals and academics in higher education teaching, research, corporate leadership, public administration, and strategic policy development. Applicants must satisfy at least one (01) of the following pathways:
- A Bachelor’s Honours degree (SLQF Level 06) from a recognized university or institute with a First Class or Second Class (Upper Division), including a minimum of 30 credits in the relevant discipline; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree (SLQF Level 05) supplemented by postgraduate qualifications in the relevant field with a substantial research component acceptable to the Faculty Board and the Senate; OR
- A two-year full-time Master’s degree with a substantial research component (SLQF Level 10) in the relevant field acceptable to the Faculty Board and the Senate; OR
- Any other Master’s degree complying with SLQF Level 09 requirements in the relevant field with a substantial research component acceptable to the Faculty Board and the Senate.
- Initial Research Methodology: Admitted candidates will follow a compulsory course in Research Methodology during the first 6 to 8 months while formulating and refining their comprehensive research proposal under the guidance of an assigned academic supervisor.
- Upgrading to PhD: Whether a candidate completes the degree at the MPhil level (2 Years) or is permitted to upgrade to a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD - 3 Years) is decided strictly on their research output, formal progress presentations, and evaluations during the first two academic years.

Deposit the non-refundable processing fee of LKR 8,000/= (Local candidates) or USD 50 (Foreign candidates) through one of the following methods:

Option 2 (Online Payment Gateway): Settle online via the official university payment portal at pay.cmb.ac.lk.
- Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable processing fee of LKR 8,000/= via People's Bank or online at pay.cmb.ac.lk and obtain the payment slip/receipt.
- Form Preparation: Download the MPhil/PhD application form from the FGS portal and complete all sections thoroughly.
- Digital Compilation: Merge into a single PDF document: completed application form, original payment slip, certified copies of Birth Certificate & NIC/Passport, certified degree certificates and academic transcripts, work experience letters, and the consent letter from your prospective academic research supervisor.
- Online Submission: Upload the single compiled PDF through the registration portal at sims.cmb.ac.lk/fgs/registration.
- Postal Submission: Send the signed physical application, certified copies of all credentials, and the original payment slip via Registered Post to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Mark "MPhil/PhD Programme – 2027" on the top left corner of the envelope.
