இலங்கை அரச கணக்காய்வு சேவையின் கள/அலுவலக சேவைப் பிரிவின் வகுப்பு III தரம் II கணக்காய்வு உத்தியோகத்தர் பதவிக்கான திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சை - 2026 கணக்காய்வு சேவை ஆணைக்குழுவினால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மொத்தம் 244 வெற்றிடங்கள் காணப்படுவதுடன், கணக்கியல், வர்த்தகம், முகாமைத்துவம் அல்லது தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப பட்டதாரிகள் மற்றும் CA, CMA, HND தகைமை கொண்ட 22-28 வயதுடையவர்கள் (அரச ஊழியர்களுக்கு 45 வயது வரை) www.doenets.lk இணையத்தளத்தினூடாக 2026 ஒக்டோபர் 12 இரவு 9.00 மணி வரை இணையவழியில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
- Salary Code: AS 01-2025 under Public Administration Circular provisions.
- Monthly Consolidated Salary Scale: Rs. 64,610 – 10x1,190 – 11x1,360 – 15x1,670 – Rs. 116,520/-.
- Nature of Appointment: Permanent and pensionable cadre in the Sri Lanka State Audit Service.
- Duty Station: The examination will be held in Colombo. Selected officers are attached to the National Audit Office (NAO) and its islandwide branch networks.
Candidates must fulfill the age, moral, and academic or professional qualifications by October 12, 2026:
1. Age Eligibility (as at 12.10.2026):
- Open Candidates: Must be not less than 22 years and not more than 28 years of age (Birth date between 12.10.1998 and 12.10.2004 inclusive).
- Public Sector In-Service Candidates: Upper age limit is relaxed up to a maximum of 45 years for permanent confirmed employees serving in the Public Service.
2. Academic & Professional Stream Qualifications (Possess either Stream A or B):
- A Bachelor's degree from a UGC-recognized university with Accounting or Auditing as a major subject in Accountancy, Commerce, Business, Management, or Public Management; OR
- Passing intermediate or higher stages of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) — e.g., Certificate in Accounting and Business II (CAB II), Business Level II, or above; OR
- Passing the Management Level or above of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA Sri Lanka); OR
- Completion of the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA), Higher National Diploma in Commerce (HNDC), or Higher National Diploma in Management (HNDM) from SLIATE or recognized Technical Colleges.
- A Bachelor's degree from a UGC-recognized university in Taxation, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Technology.
- Note: A maximum of 10% of the total approved cadre vacancies are allocated for qualified candidates under Stream (B).
The competitive written examination will be held in Colombo in Sinhala, Tamil, and English. The test consists of three question papers categorized by stream:

- Select the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to the Post of Audit Officer (Class III Grade II) – 2026.
- Complete the digital application form accurately in the English language only.
- Pay the non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 1,200/= online via Credit/Debit card or through Bank of Ceylon online banking/counter payment slips.
- Submit the completed online application before 9:00 PM on October 12, 2026.
- Download and print a copy of your submitted application and bank payment confirmation slip.
- Public Sector Employees: Candidates serving in the public or provincial public service must hand over a copy of the printed application to their Head of Department and obtain written service endorsement for production at the interview.
Yes. Candidates who have completed the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA) from SLIATE/Technical Colleges, Management Level of CMA Sri Lanka, or CAB II / Business Level II of CA Sri Lanka are eligible to apply under Stream (A).
The examination will be conducted by the Department of Examinations exclusively in Colombo in December 2026.
A maximum quota of 10% of the total 244 vacancies (approximately 24 posts) is designated for Stream (B) graduates specialized in Taxation, Information Technology, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering.
